ABOUT The Coconut Bubble Tea RECIPE

I happened to drink this unique delicious refreshing tea a few days back in one of the Chinese restaurant. The Bubble Tea originated from Chinese Taipai and then gradually spread all over the world . It consists of a Tea base that could be a black or green tea and Tapioca pearls into which different Fruit flavours can be infused.Here in my recipe i have Added Coconut Milk along with Maple syrup to add sweetness .A big fat straw about 1 cm in diameter is used to drink this. The Tapioca pearls are chewy pearls and similar to Sago pearls in having a starchy chemical composition but they both are obtained from Different plants. I am sure you would enjoy reading this coconut milk infused Vegan bubble tea .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Strawberry frozen 1 cup
  2. Coconut Milk 1 Cup
  3. Tapioca pearls 1/2 cup
  4. Maple syrup 1 cup
  5. Mint leaves for garnishing and platting

Instructions

  1. Let me introduce you to the ingredients pictorially . The Coconut milk , Maple syrup and frozen strawberries .
  2. These are tapioca pearls .
  3. Let me begin with the preparation . Microwave the Tapioca pearls in little water for 5 minutes till they become soft and chewy..Allow them to cool .
  4. Mix half cup of Maple syrup in it and keep it aside.
  5. Mix another half of this maple syrup in the Coconut milk .To this add the frozen strawberries and pulse it for 3 minutes in mixer . You will get beautiful pink colour.
  6. Now we have to arrange the glass.
  7. First put the tapioca pearls which we had mixed it with the maple syrup.
  8. Pour the coconut strawberry maple syrup mix on it...
  9. Keep the glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.. we have to just chill it and not freeze .
  10. Take out and pour some more coconut milk over it .Keep the glass in the freezer again for 5 minutes , till all the ingredients are infused thoroughly.
  11. Now take out the glass from the freezer and insert the thick fat straw in it .Sip it chilled . You can enjoy this tea only if it is chilled. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy this Unique Healthy Vegan refreshing Coconut milk bubbled tea and stay bubbly and happy..
