Spearmint Tea

Ingredients to make Spearmint Tea

  • Common loose tea leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Spearmint tea bags or loose tea powder.
  • sugar a tbsp
  • mint leaves fresh 2 tbsp
  • water 1 and 1/2 a cup

How to make Spearmint Tea

  1. Boil the water first. Let it come to a rolling boil.
  2. Now add the tea leaves and the mint leaves along with the spearmint tea bag or loose tea available in most of the herbal stores.
  3. Cover and keep the flame on low.
  4. Serve it hot for that refreshing taste.

My Tip:

It trears a condition called hirsutism in females where the male hormones are more active and stimulates the hair growth at unwanted places in females like upper lips, breasts and chin.
