ABOUT Paneer Butter Masala RECIPE

Its a paneer woth lots of butter, not used any direct whole garam masala ..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 150 gms, Butter 5 tbsp, 1 tsp khuskhus, 2 sliced onions, 4 chopped tomatoes, a bay leaf, 2 tbsp kaju, 2-3 whole Kashmiri ref chilli, salt to taste, fresh cream 3 tbsp, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp. , haldi 1/2 tsp,
  2. Coriander powder 1 tsp, garam masala powder 1/2 tsp.

Instructions

  1. In a pan add 1 tbsp of butter add ginger garlic paste , add sliced onions khuskhus and saute till onions sre transparent. Add bay leaf. Add chopped tomatoes whole red chilli and saute. Add water 1 cup and cover and cook till tomatoes are soft
  2. Remove the bay leaf and grind to smooth paste. While grinding add kaju, and all the dry masalas.
  3. In the same pan add remaining butter, add the paste and cook till oul leaves the sides. Add little water and adjust the consistency. Add cream kasuri methi powder and take a boil. Finally add salt. garnish with fresh cream and serve with naan paratha.
