Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2kg paneer
  2. 4onions
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. 2tsp gng paste.
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp red chilli
  7. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  9. 2small cardomom
  10. 1big cardomom
  11. 1piece dalchini
  12. 1tsp shahi paneer masala
  13. Coriander leaves.
  14. 2tsp butter
  15. Oil


  1. Cut d paneer in cubes.
  2. Keep some cubes for garnishing
  3. Heat oil in a wok
  4. Deep fry the onion julians
  5. Now fry the tomato cubes
  6. Fry the ginger and garlic.
  7. Cool them and pury them
  8. Heat butter.n.1tsp oil in a pan
  9. Add cumin seeds
  10. Add whole masalas.
  11. Now add grind masala
  12. Cook it.
  13. Add salt and all masalas
  14. When cook perfectely add 1 cup water.
  15. Now add panir cubes.
  16. Simmer for few minutes.
  17. Add corainder leaves
  18. Garnish with crumbled paneer.
