ABOUT Paneer Tawa Masala Gravy RECIPE

Tandoori flavour masala paneer cubes with thick gravy.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For masala paneer:
  2. Paneer 200 grams
  3. Marination:
  4. Curd 3 tablespoon
  5. Tamato puree 1 tablespoon
  6. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Cumin seeds powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Tandoori masala 1 teaspoon
  13. Fenugreek leaves 2 tablespoon
  14. Oil 1 tablespoon
  15. For gravy :
  16. Oil 1 tablespoon
  17. Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon
  18. Carrom seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  19. Onions chopped 1 cup
  20. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  21. Bell pepper chopped 1/2 cup
  22. Tomato puree 3 tablespoon
  23. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  24. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  25. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  26. Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  27. Cream 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer in 1 inch cubes.
  2. Mix all ingredients under marination.
  3. Add paneer cubes to marination and leave to rest for an hour.
  4. After an hour heat oil in a non stick pan and place whole marination on the pan.
  5. Let it cook for 3 - 4 minutes then turn over and roast other side too.
  6. For gravy heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Crackle cumin seeds and carrom seeds.
  7. Add chopped onions and fry till little golden.
  8. Add chopped bell peppers ( mix all 3 colours) and roast for a minute.
  9. Add tomato puree and all dry seasoning. Roast till oil starts oozing out.
  10. Add and mix fresh cream and masala paneer cubes.
  11. Ready to serve.
