Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup pohe soak it 15 before cooking
  2. Small chopped potato ,onion,green chillies 2 coriender leaves nd pomogranate leaves for garnishing
  3. Lemon half
  4. Oil 2 spoons
  5. Hing a pinch
  6. Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  7. Turmeric a pinch
  8. Red chilli powder if u like lil spicy u can add
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Spicy sev for garnishing
  11. Last but nit the least jeeravan masala one spoon


  1. Take poha in bowl nd wash it two times nd allow them to water to drain completly
  2. In pohe now u add salt ,jeeravan masala,red chilli ,green chillies now give a mix
  3. Now take nontick pan or kadai heat oil nd add a pinch of hing then add mustard allow to crackle
  4. Now add potato nd peas let them cook for 2 mins
  5. Add onion nd add salt let them cook it comepletly cover it with lid
  6. Now add turmeric powder nd red chilli nd then add pohe ns mix it nd cover it on medium to heigh flame
  7. Cook for 5 mins nd switch off the gas nd add pomegranate seeds nd coriender for garnishing nd server with lil sev aur choppen onion I hope u all like this recipe do try this
