Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 5 cups all purpose flour.
  2. 1 cup warm milk.
  3. 2 Eggs.
  4. 6 tbsp unsalted soft butter.
  5. 2 tesp yeast.
  6. 3 tbsp sugar.
  7. 1 tesp salt.
  8. Egg wash : 1 egg.
  9. 1 tbsp butter.


  1. In a bowl mix yeast,sugar and 1/2 cup warm milk
  2. Set aside for 5 minutes to activate.
  3. To the bowl add all purpose flour, salt, eggs,butter and remaining milk.
  4. Knead for 10 minutes to a soft dough.
  5. Make a ball of the dough and apply oil all over.
  6. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover it with cling wrap.
  7. Wait for it to double in size.
  8. Punch and remove the dough. Divide to 12 equal parts.
  9. Make a ball of each piece .
  10. Place on a lined baking tray.
  11. Preheat oven 180℃ for 15 minutes.
  12. Eggwash the buns and bake at 170 ℃ for 20 minutes.
  13. Remove allow them to cool on a wire rack.Apply butter over the buns.
  14. You can prepare awesome burgers out of these buns.
