Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 500 gms boneless chicken
  2. 3 big onions
  3. 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
  4. 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  5. 1 tbsp red chilli pwdr
  6. 250 gms curd
  7. 1/2 cup cashew
  8. 1 tomato puree or if using readymade then 4 tbsp
  9. 1/4 tsp tandoori color
  10. 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  11. 1/4 cup oil
  12. 50 gms butter
  13. 4 tbsp fresh cream
  14. 1/4 tsp kasuri methi


  1. Marination: Boneless chicken cut into pieces, curd, ginger garlic paste, grind kaju into powder, tandoori masala, salt, red chilly pwdr, tandoori color. Mix all give coal dhungar wd ghee & marinate fr an hour.
  2. In a pan heat oil add jeera, marinated chicken cook fr smtime. Add paste of fried onion, tomato puree, red chilly pwdr, salt.
  3. Whn chicken is 3/4th cooked add tomato ketchup, butter, kasuri methi. Last add fresh cream & cook fr 5 minutes.
