Ingredients Serving: 3
500 gms boneless chicken
3 big onions
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
2 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tbsp red chilli pwdr
250 gms curd
1/2 cup cashew
1 tomato puree or if using readymade then 4 tbsp
1/4 tsp tandoori color
4 tbsp tomato sauce
1/4 cup oil
50 gms butter
4 tbsp fresh cream
1/4 tsp kasuri methi
Instructions
Marination: Boneless chicken cut into pieces, curd, ginger garlic paste, grind kaju into powder, tandoori masala, salt, red chilly pwdr, tandoori color. Mix all give coal dhungar wd ghee & marinate fr an hour.
In a pan heat oil add jeera, marinated chicken cook fr smtime. Add paste of fried onion, tomato puree, red chilly pwdr, salt.
Whn chicken is 3/4th cooked add tomato ketchup, butter, kasuri methi. Last add fresh cream & cook fr 5 minutes.
