Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken - 500 gms ,Leg pieces
  2. Ginger - 1 piece
  3. Garlic cloves - 4 - 5
  4. Cloves - 3 - 4
  5. Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
  6. Black pepper - 5 - 6
  7. Green cardamom - 1
  8. Black cardamom - 1
  9. Thick curd - 2 tbsp
  10. Tandoori orange color --a pinch
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Oil - 4 tbsp
  13. Butter - 4 tbsp
  14. Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  15. Chicken masala powder- 1 tsp
  16. Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash chicken pieces and prick from all sides with fork.
  2. Take a blender. Add ginger, garlic, cinnamon,c loves, black pepper, black and green cardamom and make a paste.
  3. Marinate chicken with thick curd, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and all spices.
  4. Add orange food color colour in it.
  5. Keep aside for three hours.
  6. Preheat oven for ten mins and roast the chicken pieces in oven
  7. Tturn the sides of the chicken pieces every ten minutes.
  8. Pour the butter over the chicken pieces.
  9. Serve hot with chapati or naan.
