Almost all people love this item just like me. You can also try it on weekend or when any guests are invited to your home. I used curd to make it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole chicken cut into small 4 pieces
  2. 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
  3. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 tablespoons curd
  6. 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  7. 2 tablespoons garlic paste
  8. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  9. 1 teaspoon tandoori chicken masala
  10. Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Make incision with a sharp knife on the chicken.
  2. Take a glass bowl and marrinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients and keep aside for 4 an hour.
  3. Place the chicken on the skewer and cook in a preheated oven of 200°c for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Now turn the chicken and cook for another 15 minutes.
