Chicken Tandoori

Ingredients to make Chicken Tandoori

  • 2 piece chicken legs
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 and a half spoon
  • chicken Tandoori masala of any brand - 1 tbsp
  • red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • curd - 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 1/4 th tsp
  • chilli paste - 1/4 th tsp

How to make Chicken Tandoori

  1. 1st wash chicken ,add half lemon juice, 1 and half spoon ginger garlic paste and salt
  2. Keep it aside for 15 minuite
  3. Now add chicken tandoori masala
  4. Add red chilli powder
  5. Add curd mix well
  6. In a small bowl put kashmiri red chilly powder, add little water to make a thick paste of it and add this to chicken
  7. Add half spoon of chilli paste
  8. Now add garam masala half spoon Mix it well keep it for max 2to 3 hour
  9. Now pre heat microwave at 180 degree
  10. After it is done now grease a plate with oil and and take a breush or with hand put oil on chicken
  11. Now set microwave for 25 min
  12. After 16 minuites of cooking take it out the rotate those pieces. And again start microwave
  13. And when 25min is complete serve hot chkn tandoori hot :) with spring onion

My Tip:

While using curd use hung curd Hung curd is nothing but dry curd take a piece of silk material add curd on it close the silk material so that water inside the curd drain out its called hung curd
