Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rava 1 pack
  2. Curd 2 spoon
  3. Eno 1 pouch
  4. Oil 2 spoon
  5. Salt as per ur taste
  6. Gourd 1/2
  7. Drumstick 2
  8. Sambhar masala 4 spoon
  9. Mustard oil 4 spoon
  10. Mustard seed 1 spoon
  11. Curry leaves
  12. Turmeric 1 spoon
  13. Red chilli powder 1
  14. Taramind 6 piece
  15. Hing 1/2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash the dal.Add it in a pressure cooker with salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Cook till done.Add oil in a pan.
  3. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  4. Add onion,garlic,ginger tomatoes,and fry for 5 minute. Then add bottlegourd, drumstick and sambhar masala.
  5. Add half a cup of water and cook till it is soft.Add the cooked dal and tamarind pulp.
  6. Cook for another 4-5 minutes
  7. Sambhar is ready.
  8. Put a rava in a bowl and mix curd in it.
  9. In that mixture add water to make smooth batter.
  10. In the batter add eno.
  11. Grease the idli molds and pour the batter in each mold.Steam the idlies for 15-20 minutes, till done.
