Method for Mousse: Put peeled chopped mangoes, yogurt, milkmaid,lemon zest, and Kesar strands into blender. Blend unless smooth.
Whip the egg whites until soft peaks add sugar and whip again(I used hand blender for this).
Now pour the mix of mango, yogurt, milkmaid into egg whites and mix with light hands.. Keep it refrigerated
For Mango chunks, chop three ripe mangoes into small cubes and keep it aside.
Method for cream cheese Put milkmaid, cream cheese, mangoes, mango essence in the blender, blend until smooth.
Prepare jelly accordingly. Only half pack. Mix the jelly liquid to the cream cheese mix ,refrigerate it.
Then take a glass bowl put the mousse layer , then chopped mangoes, then top it with cream cheese and decorate with few strands of kesar.
Serve it chilled. You can make separate bowls too.
