- 4-6 tbsps

My Tip:1. Pass the pureed mangoes through a sieve to remove any fibres. 2. Use sweet ripe mangoes to get the best result. 3. Cooking the sago is the most important step in this recipe. Under cooked sago will ruin the taste of the pudding. Add a couple of tbsp of water in case the sago starts getting thicker but isn't quite cooked yet.
