Ingredients to make Mango sheera

  • 1 cup sooji rava
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 3/4 cup ghee
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup Milk

How to make Mango sheera

  1. Heat kadai add ghee and roast sooji rava till you get nice aroma.
  2. Add milk and hot water and stir continuously to avoid any lumps.
  3. Let the rava boil. Add sugar stir till sugar melts.
