ABOUT Buttery Sizzler RECIPE

Sizzler is one of my favorite recipe. Everyone in my family Love the sizzler. Since my younger brother is sizzler addicted I prefer to make it at home. And every time I try to make my Sizzler innovative. So today i have made Buttery sizzler with Makhani (Buttery) Sauce as a part of Recipes from butter contest.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. A) For paneer Tikka
  2. 1 Cup paneer
  3. 1/2 cup Bell papers
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1 tsp mixed herbs
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp black salt
  9. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  10. 1/2 tsp vinager
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 2-3 bamboo sticks
  13. B) For chesse balls
  14. 1/2 cup grated cheese
  15. 1 cup boiled corn
  16. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  17. Salt to taste
  18. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  19. Water as require
  20. C) For Rice
  21. 2 cup cooked basmati rice
  22. 3 tbsp butter
  23. 1 tsp mixed herbs
  24. 1 tbsp parsley leaves
  25. 1/4 tbsp white pepper
  26. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  27. Salt to taste
  28. D) for mix vegetable
  29. 2 cup mix boiled vegetables (Brocoli, carrot, french beans, baby corn etc)
  30. 1 tbsp butter
  31. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  32. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  33. 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  34. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  35. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  36. Salt to taste
  37. E) Masala spaghetti
  38. 1 cup boiled spaghetti
  39. 1 tbsp butter
  40. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  41. Salt to taste
  42. F) for buttery sauce
  43. 2 cup tomato puree
  44. 3 tbsp butter
  45. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  46. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  47. 1/2 tsp black papper
  48. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  49. 1/4 tsp mixed herbs
  50. 1/4 tsp kasuri methi
  51. 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  52. 3 tbsp heavy cream
  53. Salt to taste
  54. G) for garnishing
  55. 5-6 cabbage leaves
  56. 1 cup butter for generate smoke

Instructions

  1. A) For paneer tikka
  2. Take a bowl.
  3. Add panner and bell papers into it.
  4. Now add red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, black salt, mixed herbs, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, vinger and salt to taste.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well.
  6. Now take one babbo sticks and assemble all the vegetables.
  7. Keep aside.
  8. Now take a grill pan and heat some butter.
  9. Cook the panner sticks until brown.
  10. Keep it aside.
  11. B) for cheese balls
  12. Take a bowl.
  13. Add cheese and corn.
  14. Also add black pepper and salt and combine well.
  15. Make Medium sized balls.
  16. Now take a small bowl.
  17. Add all purpose flour and water.
  18. Combine it well.
  19. Make thick mixture.
  20. Take a pan and heat some oil.
  21. Dip the ball into the mixture and fry it.
  22. Fry until golden brown.
  23. Keep aside.
  24. C) for rice
  25. Heat some butter in pan.
  26. Now add cooked basmati rice.
  27. Add mixed herbs, parsaly leaves, white pepper and salt
  28. Mix it well.
  29. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  30. Keep aside.
  31. D) for mix vegetables
  32. Take a pan and heat butter.
  33. Add chopped gingerand cook it until golden brown.
  34. Add boiled vegetables and mix it well.
  35. Now add black pepper, black salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, lemon juice and salt to taste.
  36. Mix all the ingredients well.
  37. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  38. Keep aside.
  39. E) for masala spaghetti
  40. Heat some butter in pan.
  41. Add spaghetti.
  42. Add salt and black pepper.
  43. Mix it well
  44. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  45. Keep aside.
  46. F) for sauce
  47. Take a pan.
  48. Heat some butter.
  49. Add ginger garlic paste.
  50. Now add tomato puree.
  51. Add mixed herbs, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and combine it well.
  52. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  53. Now add heavy cream.
  54. And combine well.
  55. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  56. Keep aside.
  57. G) for Buttery sizzler

  60. Take a sizzler plate.
  61. Heat it on gas.
  62. Assemble cabbage leaves.
  63. After that assemble all the ingredients that we have made.
  64. Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  65. Now arrange the plate on wooden block.
  66. Pour the butter sauce.
  67. Add the butter under the cabbage leaves to generate smoke.
  68. Serve hot.
