Preheat oven to 350 Deg F. Grease a baking pan (or loaf pan) with melted some butter.
In a large bowl, mash bananas well. Add eggs, vanilla extract, butter, and oil and whisk well with the mashed bananas until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together the flours, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture 1/4 cup at a time till all is used up.
Add 3/4 cup Chocolate morsels to the batter and lightly mix it. (Do not over mix).
Pour the batter in the prepared baking pan. Tap the pan for the batter to spread evenly. Smoothen the surface and sprinkle remaining Chocolate morsels over the batter.
Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or till toothpick when inserted comes out clean. (Check to see if it's not chocolate on the stick).
Remove pan from oven and leave it to rest for 15 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
Slice with a serrated knife once cooled. (Bread should be slightly on a warmer side for enhanced taste).
For longer shelf life, refrigerate the bread and reheat for 30 seconds in microwave before serving.
