Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup all purpose flour or Maida
  2. 2,1/2 TBS ghee
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  5. Water for as needed
  6. Pinch of red colour for ribbon
  7. For filling =
  8. 1/2 cup chicken, boil and shredded.
  9. 4 eggs ,boil and cut small pieces.
  10. 1 chopped onion.
  11. 1 tsp ginger paste
  12. 1 tsp garlic paste
  13. 1 lemon juice
  14. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1tsp garam masala powder
  16. 1 tbs red chili flakes
  17. 1 tbs cumin seeds
  18. 1/2 cup mix colour bell peppers ,cut small pieces
  19. Salt to taste
  20. 1 tbs oil for cooking
  21. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Heat 1tbs oil and add cumin seeds and onion ,saute 2 minute than add veggies.
  2. Add chicken and all spices.
  3. Add eggs,lemon juice.
  4. Mix well and cook more 1 minute.
  5. After cool down for 15 minutes.
  6. For Dough =
  7. Add ghee and all spices in a flour, and mix with hand.
  8. Add little little water and make little hard dough.
  9. After take little piece from white dough and add red colour,mix well and keep aside both dough separately.
  10. Now divide equal size bolls from white dough.
  11. Make big Chapati from red colour dough, and cut ribbons.
  12. Now make white puri and fill mixture.( follow pics)
  13. Close edges with water.
  14. Finish all same process.
  15. After deep fry on medium heat.
  16. Serve with chatni and enjoy.
