About Chicken Kabab Recipe

This is a ramzan special recipe. It tasted even better when I added Fun Food classic mayonnaise in the bun

Chicken Kabab

Ingredients to make Chicken Kabab

  • 250gm minced chicken
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 green chilly finely slit
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leave finely chopped
  • oil for shallow fry

How to make Chicken Kabab

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  2. Wet your palm with water take small balls and flatten in between of palm
  3. Heat oil on tawa and set all kababs in heated oil. Cook kababs well from both side
  4. Take bun apply curd coriander chutney 2nd layer of mayyonaise set chicken kabab in bun and serve with onion, mint and lemon

My Tip:

You can add chopped veggies with little sugar to the mayonnaise
