Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled potatoes 4-5
  2. Wheat flour 4 cups
  3. Butter 2-3 tablespoons as per needed
  4. Roasted jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Raw mango powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Asafoetida 1/4 th teaspoon
  10. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  11. Saunf 1 teaspoon
  12. Grated garlic 2 teaspoons
  13. Finely chopped fresh coriander 1 tablespoon
  14. Finely chopped green chillies as per taste

Instructions

  1. First of all take wheat flour in a mixing bowl, add salt according to taste and knead a medium soft dough using water
  2. Keep it aside covered for rest ,
  3. Peel off boiled potato and grate it. In a mixing bowl, take the grated potato and add all the above mentioned spices
  4. Mix well into a homogeneous mixture, stuffing for paratha is ready
  5. Take sufficient dough , and dust it with dry flour and roll out a big roti . Spread the sufficient amount of ready aloo stuffing
  6. Gather all the ends and seal it in centre . Dust it again with some dry flour and lightly roll out paratha . Heat pan and cook paratha from both sides
  7. Apply butter on both sides and fry till golden in colour
  8. Cut in to pieces and serve hot immediately with lots of butter and green chutney or tomato sauce ...
