Left over bread and cooked rice can be used if some guest comes

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For Dosa
  2. 8 slices of bread
  3. 1 cup Suji
  4. 1 cup Dahi
  5. 1 cup cooked rice
  6. Water
  7. Salt to taste
  8. For sambhar
  9. 1.5 katori soaked the dal
  10. Kari patta
  11. 1 chopped onion
  12. Any chopped vegetable (petha, capsicum, drumsticks)
  13. 1 tea spoon rai
  14. 2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  15. 1 tea spoon Turmeric powder
  16. 2 tea spoon red chili powder
  17. Imli water(imli soaked in water for 10-15 minutes)
  18. Hing
  19. Salt to taste
  20. 1 tomato
  21. 2.5 tea spoon sambhar powder
  22. Pinch of sugar
  23. For Chutney
  24. Kari patta
  25. 1 chopped coconut
  26. Pinch of sugar
  27. Salt to taste
  28. Lemon juice
  29. 2-3 green chillies
  30. Coriander leaves
  31. 1 tea spoon curd
  32. Bhune hue chane(10-15)
  33. FOR MASALA
  34. 3-4 boiled potatoes
  35. 1 chopped onion
  36. oil
  37. Rai
  38. 10-15 kari patta
  39. 1 tea spoon Turmeric powder
  40. Salt to taste
  41. Hing
  42. 2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  43. Dry fruits
  44. Moong fali
  45. Lemon juice
  46. 2 tea spoon red chili powder

Instructions

  1. For dosa
  2. Take bowl add 8 slices by removing sides add cooked rice curd and mix with water and keep for 20 minutes
  3. Grind in the mixer by adding water and make batter like Normal dosa batter
  4. Add salt and mix well
  5. Heat tawa and spread the batter cover it for 2 minutes change the side
  6. Dosa ready
  7. For masala
  8. Take kadai add oil Rai hing chopped onion and saute until golden brown, put all masala and groundnut dry fruits mix well add mashed potatoes mix well put lemon juice
  9. For Sambhar
  10. Boil tur dal with tomato and salt
  11. Take kadai put oil, Rai Kari patta and chopped onion
  12. Saute till golden brown add chopped vegetable, tomato and imli water
  13. Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and red chili powder let it boil
  14. Add sambhar powder and boiled dal mix well after one boil add hing and partially cover it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes
  15. For chutney
  16. In the grinder put coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, and all d ingredients and grind it well . If want to put tadka den take oil let it get warm add Rai Kari patta n add in chutney
  17. Bread and cooked rice dosa with sambhar and chutney ready to eat
