Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dosa rice 1l,/2 glass
  2. Urad dal 1 glass
  3. Methi dana1 tbsp
  4. Cooked rice 1 cup
  5. Chivda 1/4 cup
  6. Ingredients for peanuts chutney
  7. Peanuts handful
  8. Coconut pieces less then peanuts
  9. Zeera powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Imli according to tangy taste
  11. Lasan two and salt to taste
  12. For
  13. Masala aloo ingredients
  14. Potatoes 2 medium boil
  15. Onion two cut in long
  16. Mustard seeds tsp
  17. Zeera tsp
  18. Curry leaves 3 to 4
  19. Redchilli powder 1 tbsp
  20. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  21. Salt
  22. Greenchillies
  23. Coriander leaves handful
  24. Ingredients for coconut milk
  25. Coconut half cut in to pieces
  26. Jaggery according to sweetness
  27. Cardamom two pods
  28. Water little for mixing.

Instructions

  1. For dosa method , grind only urad dal separately and keep aside .
  2. Grind all other ingredients together and add in urad dal and now mix everything to keep ferment to use batter other day .
  3. When the batter is fermented add salt to it .
  4. Heat the pan and put batter and keep spreading with round spoon apply ghee on it and wait for it to get crispy and wen done remove and serve with accompaniments mentioned below.
  5. For chutney : Mix all ingredients and add little water .and serve
  6. For masala : boil potatoes and mash and keep aside In a pan heat oil add curry leaves mustard seeds . wen it splutters add onions and fry for a while add green chillies and add powders. Then add mashed potatoes and garnish with coriander leaves
  7. For coconut milk : Grind coconut with little water and cardamom and keep aside. now in a muslin cloth kept in a sieve extract milk from it add jaggery powder to it and serve .
