Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For poori
  2. 1 bowl wheat flour
  3. salt and 2 tsp oil
  4. ajwain
  5. water
  6. For aloo tamatar
  7. 5-6 tomatoes cut into pieces
  8. 3 onions chopped
  9. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  10. Dry spices like salt and red chilli powder, dhaniya masala, garam masala and Amchoor


  1. Make a tight dough with ingredients of poori and keep it aside for half an hour.
  2. Then make small poori by frying in oil . Serve hot
  3. Take chopped veggies in a mixer grinder and make a paste
  4. Take oil in a pressure cooker
  5. Add veggies paste and start sautéing it by frying it.
  6. Add all dry spices and allow 6-7 whistles to come.
  7. Serve hot with poori
