Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken 1/2 kg
  2. Curd 4 tbsp
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
  5. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  6. Green cardamom 2
  7. Black Cardamom 1
  8. Cloves 4-5
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  10. Whole black pepper 7-8
  11. Coriander seed 1 tspn
  12. 2 medium chopped onion
  13. Ginger paste 1/2 tspn
  14. Garlic paste 1/2 tspn
  15. Dry red chilli 2
  16. Bay leaves 2
  17. Mustard oil 2 tspn
  18. Refined oil 3 tspn

Instructions

  1. Take chicken in a bowl and add curd, garam masala powder, salt, turmeric powder in it and marinate for an hour
  2. After an hour in the same marination add chopped onion, ginger paste, garlic paste and red chilli powder and leave it for half an hour
  3. In a pan heat oil and add green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, coriander seed, black pepper and stir
  4. Now add dry red chilli and bay leaf
  5. When fragnance comes out add the marinated chicken
  6. Mix properly in low flame
  7. When oil starts releasing add 2 cup water and cover. Cook in low flame
  8. Once the chicken is cooked , serve hot with rice or roti
