#Special dry Chutney for idli /dosa.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 Cup whole urad dal
  2. 1/4 cup channa dal
  3. 1/4 cup roasted gram dal
  4. 1/2tsp white sesame seeds
  5. 10 dry red chillies
  6. Few curry leaves
  7. 2 tbsp oil
  8. 1/2 lemon size tamarind piece.
  9. 1tsp salt (add as per your taste)
  10. 1/4tsp Asofoetida.

Instructions

  1. Dry roast whole Urad dal and channa dal together in non stick pan with one table spoon oil..till pinkisk brown..on slow flame...cool it.
  2. In another Non stick Pan dry roast red chillies,roasted gram dal,curry leaves and white sesame seeds, tamarind piece... together with one tbsp oil..on slow flame till pinkish brown in colour..cool it
  3. Grind in mixer grinder jar all with salt and asofoetida.mix well.
  4. Store in Airtight container.Use as required .Serve with Hot Idlis/dosa..
