Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl refined flour
  2. 2 tbsp butter
  3. 4 boil potatoes
  4. 1 onion
  5. 3_4 green chilli
  6. 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
  7. 1 tbsp sugar
  8. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbsp red chilli
  11. 1 tbsp coriander
  12. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Knead flour by adding butter n ajwain.
  2. Boil potatoes n peel it.now heat oil add mustard seeds heeng now add boil potatoes.
  3. Add dry spices and onion Ginger garlic paste mix well keep aside till it turns cool.add sugar now.
  4. Now roll the flour on palm and make balls of potatoes put in mid then wrap it again fold with help of hand.
  5. Heat oil and deep fry it.
