Mac puff

Ingredients to make Mac puff

  • 1 bowl corn
  • 1 bowl peas
  • 1big capsicum
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cheese cube
  • 1)2 tbsp oregano
  • 6 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1tbsp vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1bowl refined flour
  • 100 gm butter
  • oil for fry

How to make Mac puff

  1. Add butter in pan and saute all vedges.now add sauces .and salt black pepper in end add greated cheese.
  2. Knead flour by adding butter a little bit water is to used.now knead well keep aside for 15_20 mn.
  3. Now roll roti and cut from sides give rectangular shape.and fill stuff .
  4. Now close with the help of water and give style with fork and bake for 10 mn.when it turns light pink deep fry it .......
  5. Ready to eat yummm Mac puff.

My Tip:

U can add mayonnaise also.
