Kaju butter masala(dry)

Ingredients to make Kaju butter masala(dry)

  • 100 gram cashew nuts
  • 4 spoon butter
  • 1 onion roughly chopped
  • 1 tomato roughly chopped
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/2 spoon green chilli ginger paste
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1/8 spoon cumin seeds
  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 dry red chilli
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 spoon dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 spoon salt
  • 1 spoon tomato sauce
  • 1/8 spoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoon garam masala

How to make Kaju butter masala(dry)

  1. Heat 1 spoon butter in a pan and roast cashewnuts
  2. Take out cashew nuts in a plate
  3. Heat 1 spoon butter and saute onion,garlic and tomatoes until it become soft
  4. Let it cool and then grind into a smooth paste
  5. Heat remaining butter in wok and add green chilly ginger paste
  6. Add dry spices
  7. Add onion tomato paste and saute until dry
  8. Add salt,tomato sauce,cream and other spices
  9. Cook until it leaves oil
  10. Add fenugreek leaves and milk
  11. Add roasted cashewnuts and cook for 2-3 mintes
  12. Kaju butter masala is ready to serve
