Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup fresh mutter
  2. 4tsp kaju
  3. 2tsp kismiss
  4. 2cup mida
  5. 5tsp suji
  6. 4tsp ghee
  7. Ajwain,salt,turmaric,chili powder,amchur powder,garam masala Dhana Jira powder
  8. Oil for frying


  1. Add salt Ajwain ghee in mida n kneel the dough.keep aside for 30min.make pedas.
  2. Hit oil in to a pan put Jira n mustard seeds hing.baghar.fry chopped onions till golden brown.add turmeric chilli powder garam masala dhana Jira powder, amchur powder,salt.add fresh mutter,kaju,kusmiss to the masala cook well.add greated coconut n chopped coriander.let it cool.
  3. Take dough.make pedas. Make small puris stuff mutter Sabji and make gujjiyaj.
  4. Fry gujjiyaj in to oil on low flame till golden brown.
  5. Fry gujjiyaj till golden brown.
  6. Yummy nutty muttry hit hot gujjiyaj r ready.
