Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Kulcha
  2. 1 cup refined flour
  3. 1 spoon sugar
  4. 1 spoon dry active yeast
  5. 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
  6. 1/2 spoon salt
  7. 2 spoon refined oil
  8. 2 spoon minced garlic
  9. 1/8 spoon kalonji
  10. Lukewarm water
  11. For Paneer
  12. 250 gram cottage cheese
  13. 2 onions
  14. 1 cup Tomato puree
  15. 4 clove s of garlic
  16. 1/2 cup Cream
  17. 2 green chilly
  18. salt as per taste
  19. 8-9 cashewnuts soaked in water
  20. 1/2 cup Milk
  21. 2 spoon dried fenugreek leaves
  22. 2 spoon buttet
  23. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  24. 1 spoon coriander powder
  25. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  26. 2 spoon clarified butter

Instructions

  1. For kulcha add sugar and yeast in lukewarm milk and cover for 10 minutes
  2. Take out refined flour in a bowl and add salt,oil,garlic,kalonji and activated yeast
  3. Mix well and knead into a soft dough by adding lukewarm water
  4. Punch for 10 minutes
  5. Cover and keep in hot place fir 1 hour
  6. For curry cut cottage cheese in triangular shape
  7. Slice 1 onion lengthwise
  8. Grind 1 onion,garlic and green chilly into a smooth paste
  9. Make a paste of cashewnuts too
  10. Heat butter and ghee in a wok
  11. Add onion slices and saute for 5 minutes
  12. Add onion paste and saute until it turns golden
  13. Add red chilli powder and cashew paste and cook for 2 minutes
  14. Add tomato puree and stir for 3-4 minutes
  15. Add other ingredients except cream and cook until it thickens
  16. Add cream and cover it
  17. Switch off the flame
  18. When the dough will be double in size punch again
  19. Devide the dough into 8 parts and roll into a thick circle
  20. Cook on hot tava from both sides
  21. Roast on direct flame
  22. Apply butter and serve with paneer butter masala
