Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 1/2 kilograms
  2. Butter 1-2 tablespoons
  3. Milk and fresh cream mixture 3/4th cup
  4. Finely chopped onion 1 cup
  5. Tomato puree one and a 1/2 cup
  6. Grated ginger 1 teaspoon
  7. Crushed garlic 1 teaspoon
  8. Slit green chillies 2
  9. Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
  10. Turmeric powder 1/4th teaspoon
  11. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  12. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Kasuri Methi 1 -2 teaspoon
  14. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  15. Soaked Keshav nuts paste 2 tablespoons
  16. Salt according to taste
  17. Oil for deep frying paneer

Instructions

  1. First of all, cut paneer into cubes and assemble all the ingredients required
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a pan and deep fry cut paneer till golden brown
  3. Ready spices tomato puree tomato sauce cream and milk
  4. In a pan, heat one tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoon of butter and add finely chopped onions, slit green chillies, ginger and garlic
  5. Saute until golden brown
  6. Now add all the spices , tomato sauce, tomato puree and saute till oil separates ... Add creame , milk and fried paneer .. cook covered for next 5 minutes .
  7. Lastly add kasuri methi, mix well and switch off heat. Garnish as you like and it's ready to serve.
