Ingredients to make Spinach Cottage cheese bake

  • 2 bunches spinach fresh leaves
  • 100 gms paneer fresh n creamy
  • 2 cubes cheese
  • Salt pepper garlic powder or crushed garlic
  • White pasta sauce -use ready to use or make your white sauce as prefered
  • 1 tbsp nutralite butter fat free
  • If making sauce you need:
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • Salt pepper
  • Finecut garlic
  • 2 cups Milk

How to make Spinach Cottage cheese bake

  1. Wash Boil the spinach well with salt
  2. Remove cool and drain water out of spinach and grind to fine paste
  3. Now cut box pieces of cottage cheese/paneer kp aside
  4. Make white sauce :-
  5. Melt 1 tsp butter in pan,stir in garlic cut fine n brown it a little now mix the corn flour in cold milk well n pour in stirring well to avoid lumps
  6. Sprinkle salt nd pepper n let ut cook 10 min as it thickens remove off the flame
  7. Now take a transparent bowl , spread spinach paste pour sum white sauce over it and place Paneer cubes on this lightly
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese on the Paneer and serve with garlic bread or butter croissant or boiled rice too
  9. Option to bake in preheated oven @ 200 degrees for ten min to brown the cheese and make it crusty

To be relished fresh nd manage salt as this a bland dish
