Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cottage cheese or paneer 1 cup
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. Brown Bread
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Ghee or butter 5tbsp
  6. Corriender leaf 1/4cup
  7. Mustard seed 1/2tbsp
  8. Black Pepper powder 1tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Chat masala 1tbsp
  11. Cinnamon powder 1/4tbsp
  12. Chesse (optional )1/2 cup


  1. 1st heat a vessel add butter after that add mustrd seeds and chopp green chilli &Capsicum
  2. Add cottage cheese and spices
  3. Add Salt &saute for 4 minutes in medium flame
  4. Add cheese if you want .put corriender
  5. Take a bread slice spread butter after that add mixture and cover it with another slice of bread
  6. Cook for 2 minutes add butter
  7. Flip it over and add butter on top
  8. Cook 2 minutes &serve
