  1. 2 cup chole
  2. 4 spoon oil
  3. 1/2 tea spoon jeera
  4. 1/2 tea spoon ajwain
  5. 1/4 tea spoon rai
  6. 1 pinch hing
  7. Kari patta
  8. 3 Tomatoes
  9. 2 green chilli
  10. 1/2 tea spoon ginger paste
  11. 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
  12. 1 tea spoon dhania powder
  13. 1 tea spoon amchoor powder
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 1/2 tea spoon garam masala
  16. 1.1/2 tea spoon Chana masala
  17. Water
  18. Bhature k liye
  19. 4 cup Maida
  20. 1 ENO fruit salt
  21. 1/2 tea spoon oil water
  22. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Chole ko full night pani me soak kre. Morning me cooker me soaked chane, 4 cup water, 1 tea spoon salt daalkr lid lga de. 3 whistle k baad gas off kre. Ab ek cooker me oil dale garam hone pr hing, jeera, ajwain, curry patta daal de. Ginger tomato, green chilli ka paste daal de. Ab sare masale daal kr chalye. Jb pyuri pk jaye to usme chole daal de. Pani daal kr whistle lga de. 1 whistle k baad gas off kre. Cooker open kre, amchoor powder and garam masala daal de, green coriander se garnish kre.
  2. Bhature - Ek bowl me maida and Eno mix kre or thoda thoda pani daal kr soft dough bna le. 1/2 tea spoon oil le or dough ko soft kr le. 30 minute k liye dhak kr side rakh de. 30 minute k baad dough se choti choti balls bna le. Kadhai me oil garam kre. Dough balls ko bel kr deep fry kre.
  3. Salad k liye 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 2 green chilli, lemon, salt, chaat masala
  4. Garma garam chole bhature ready h. Salad k sath achaar bhi sath ho to taste double ho jata h......
