Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 500 litre.
  2. Vermicelli(sewai) 1/2 cup.
  3. Sugar 2table spoon .
  4. Chopped dry fruits 2table spoon.
  5. Kewra water 1tea spoon.
  6. Saffron strands few.

Instructions

  1. Boil milk ina pan .
  2. Dry roast vermecilli.and add to milk .cook on medium flame for 2_3 minutes .
  3. Add dry fruits and sugar.stire and further cook for 2minutes .
  4. Remove from flame.add kewra water
  5. Serve chilled.
