Very healthy and yummy dish.
Wash and grate the beetroot.
Now heat a pan pour ghee, then add grated beetroot and cook on medium flame until it becomes soft.
Now add grated khoya, mix very well and cook 5 minutes more.
Now add sugar then add 1/2 cup milk and cook until it becomes dry.
Now add cardamom pd and some dry fruits.
Beetroot halwa is ready. Garnish with some dry fruits.
