Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Seedless fresh dates 1cup.
  2. Chopped almond 1/2cup.
  3. Chopped walnut 1/4cup.
  4. Chopped pistachio.1/4cup.
  5. Melon seeds1table spoon.
  6. Rolled oats 1/2cup.
  7. Green cardemom 1.

Instructions

  1. Roast oats on low flame till crisp.keep aside.
  2. Dry roast dry fruits also on low flame for 2minutes.
  3. Take dates into amixer jar,add oat and one green cardemom grind to a smooth texture.
  4. Take out and mix dry fruts.mix well and make about 8laddoos.
  5. Store in an airtight container.can be store for 8_10 days.
