Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup peanut without peel
  2. one half cup jaggery
  3. One tablespoon ghee

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the penute in pan.
  2. Crushed in mixture.
  3. Heat the ghee in kadai , add jaggery and saute it.
  4. When it melt, take water in bowl and keep the drop of melted jeggery , if it's not melt in water , done.
  5. Switch of the gas and add peanut, mix properly
  6. designers phone and make little sweets and demould it. Ready to eat keep it in our airtight jar.
