ABOUT Multigrain peanut balls RECIPE

Its a nutritious mixture of whole nutrients such as vitamins and minerals as it has both cereal,pulses and fats

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peanuts-350g
  2. Jaggery or palm sugar-200g
  3. Multigrain flour-200g
  4. Sesame oil or ghee-for toasting chapathi
  5. Salt-to taste


  1. In a bowl add multigrain flour,salt and add enough water to form like chapathi dough
  2. Now,cook it as chapathis adding enough sesame oil or ghee
  3. Crush the chapathi by hand and run through blender to form coarse mixture
  4. Coarsely mixture the peanuts and jaggery/palm jaggery/palm sugar
  5. Mix the above three mixture while it is warm and form in to balls and serve
