Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Egg - 3nos
  2. Chicken keema- 1cup
  3. Onion Chopped - 1 cup
  4. Tomato chopped - 1/2 cup
  5. Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1tbsp
  6. Chili Powder 1tbsp
  7. Cumin Powder 1tbsp
  8. Turmeric Powder - 1/2tbsp
  9. coriander powder one tablespoon
  10. garam masala powder half teaspoon
  11. Bengali gram flour to tablespoon
  12. salt & sugar to taste
  13. white oil for frying
  14. white oil 3/4 tablespoon
  15. Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. Take 3 boiled eggs
  2. Take a mixing Jar add Chicken Keema ,coriander leaves, green chilli ,ginger garlic paste and blend it well.
  3. In the same mixer jar add red chilli powder cumin powder garam masala powder coriander powder and roasted bengali gram flour and salt again blend it well.
  4. Grease your palm with oil, take the chicken mixture & flatten it., Put one whole egg in that & cover it with chicken mixture to prepare the koftas.
  5. Complete one by one all three koftas.
  6. Then fry koftas in hot white oil.
  7. For gravy-
  8. first take a frying pan add white oil once the oil is hot temper with Cinnamon stick cloves and green cardamom.
  9. Then add chopped onion fry it for 2 minutes .
  10. Next add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  11. Then add all masala in it.
  12. Once the masala tomatoes onions mixed well ,take it out.
  13. Blend the mixture properly.
  14. Then put it back in Kadai add water as per requirement.
  15. Add salt and sugar as per taste.
  16. Once the gravy is little thick add those koftas in it and cook it for 4/5 minutes.
  17. Finish the cooking after adding garam masala powder & Chopped coriander leaves from top.
  18. Served hot with Indian breads.
