ABOUT Sweet Custard Apple.(Sitafal) RECIPE

This is my grandma receipe. I given it a beautiful custard apple shape.made of bhagar and mawa.and inside full of peanut n mawa.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 150gm. Bhagar (samo rice)
  2. 150gm. Mava
  3. 150 gm. Sugar powder
  4. 100 gm. Lightely roasted peanut powder
  5. 2 to 3 cardamam powder.
  6. Green colour 2 to 3 drops
  7. Sugar syrup or condensed milk one spoon.

Instructions

  1. First wash bhagar properly
  2. Add one bowl of water and one drop of ghee 2 drop off green colour and put the bhagar on flame to cook
  3. I put one drop of ghee so that the bhagar will not Cooke too much or it will not over cook
  4. Let it cool and take in a plate
  5. Add half of Mawa, sugar powder, cardamom powder
  6. Mix these ingredients properly
  7. Now make its, small small little balls
  8. Take Another half of mawa, ,peanut powder , sugar powder and cardamam powder
  9. Mix them properly.
  10. Make a ball off peanut powder cardamom powder and Mawa
  11. After making proper white ball stick the balls which we made from bhagar(samo rice)
  12. Stick all these balls on white big ball with condensed milk or sugar syrup.
  13. Keep it in the fridge for five minutes
  14. Now apply the Chocolate Sauce on these little balls
  15. Complete the whole surface of custard apple
  16. And the sweet custard apple is ready
  17. Optional.......
  18. If u want to show it more beautiful cut the sitafal and scoop it and fill with apple jam.....
