Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Moong dal 100 grams
  2. sabudana 100 grams
  3. jaggery 250 grams
  4. cardamom 2
  5. ghee 2 spoons
  6. cashew nuts, dry grapes 5 each
  7. coconut milk half cup

Instructions

  1. cook sabudana and moong dal in a pressure cooker ( 2 whistles)
  2. dilute jaggery in water and boil it and let it get little bit thick
  3. filter that jaggery and pour it in moong dal , sabudana mix
  4. when it boils add cardamom
  5. fry cashews and dry grapes in ghee and add to it
  6. then switch off the stove
  7. then add coconut milk
