Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong dal 150gms
  2. Jaggery 100gms
  3. Cashews and raisins as required
  4. Ghee 2tbsp
  5. Water

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook moong dal for 3 whistles.
  2. Melt jaggery with little water and boil it well until the jaggery melts well and filter it.
  3. Add the filtered jaggery syrup to the well cooked and mashed moong dal and mix well.
  4. Roast cashews and raisins in ghee and add it to the mix.
  5. Mix well and enjoy.
