Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong dal ½ cup
  2. Water as required
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Carom seeds ⅛ spoon
  5. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. soak moong dal in water for 2 hours
  2. grind moong dal in a smooth pasye in mixer
  3. take out in a bowl and mix water as required
  4. it should be not so thick and not so watery
  5. add salt and carom seeds
  6. Mix well
  7. Heat a tawa and spread 1 spoon oil on it
  8. Spread 2 spoon pancake batter in circular motion
  9. Cook from both sides evenly
  10. Serve hot with sauce
  11. Make all pancakes like this
