Moong daal pancakes are often made in every north indian family...but i gave a twist added lots of veggies inside the batter

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Moong dhuli daal 2cups
  2. Cabbage grated half cup
  3. carrot 1 grated
  4. Onion 1 finely chopped
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Ginger 1 inch
  7. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red pepper powder
  10. Asoefodia a pinch
  11. Oil to cook pancakes


  1. Wash and soak moong daal for atleast 2 hours
  2. Grind it alongwith a piece of ginger and 2 green chillies
  3. Add all chopped vegetables in it
  4. Grease the pan and spread a laddle full of batter on it
  5. Cook from both sides
  6. Serve hot with khajoor chutney

It goes well with green chutney.
