ABOUT Vanilla Panna Cotta RECIPE

Try this recipe of vanilla panna cotta served with fresh fruits and chopped pista.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups heavy cream.
  2. 3 tbsp ice cold water.
  3. 2 tesp gelatin.
  4. 1/2 cup castor sugar.
  5. 1 vanilla bean
  6. Chopped pista to garnish( optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak gelatin in cold water.
  2. Mix cream and sugar in a pan ,place on low flame .
  3. Let simmer ,till sugar melts completely.
  4. Remove add the scraped seeds from the vanilla bean,mix, let soak for 20 minutes.
  5. Place pan back to low flame,let simmer.
  6. Remove add gelatin and mix well.
  7. Pour into cups and let it come to room temperature.
  8. Cover each cup with plastic wrap.
  9. Refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours.
  10. Serve with cut fruits and chopped pista.
