Its a very yummy tasty traditional sweets of india...everyone love to it..

Kesaria dudh peda

Ingredients to make Kesaria dudh peda

  • Khoya (dry milk) 250 gm
  • Milk 1,1/2 tbsp
  • sugar pwdr5 tbsp
  • cardamom essence few drop or crushed cardamom 4
  • Some chopped almond

How to make Kesaria dudh peda

  1. Heat a nonstick pan,in a medium flame,then add khoya &cook for few mins
  2. When the khoya is getting melt,switch off the flame
  3. Cool down for few minutes when it's lukewarm ,add sugar pwdr,crushed cardamom pwdr
  4. & mix all together it properly, & take small portion of the mixture,make small tiki size peda...
  5. Now put some chopped almonds on it,for decorating
  6. Now it's done...

My Tip:

U can also use essence..
