Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover chapati
  2. Leftover manchurian or prepare fresh veg manchurian
  3. Mayonnaise
  4. Egg 1
  5. Oil
  6. Salt
  7. Cauliflower half cup
  8. Potato 2
  9. Leftover vegetables
  10. Soya sauce half tablespoon
  11. Chili sauce one tablespoon
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. Onion one
  14. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tablespoon
  15. Gram flour 4 tablespoon
  16. rice flour one tablespoon
  17. Chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  18. Cheese

Instructions

  1. Use leftover manchurian gravy or leftover vegetable manchurian
  2. For leftover manchurian gravy
  3. add gram flour rice flour chili powder ginger garlic paste salt and chopped vegetables like potatoes cauliflower cabbage or anything else
  4. Heat oil in a pan and Fry the vegetables and keep it aside
  5. Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped onion half tablespoon ginger garlic paste and fry it for 1 min
  6. Add soya sauce Chili sauce finely chopped coriander leaves fried vegetables metal salt and mix well
  7. Now manchurian is ready
  8. In a bowl Add one egg and beat well
  9. Place a chapati and hot tub and add one egg, Flip it and cook for 30 seconds
  10. Spread mayonnaise on top of the egg and place the manchurian and roll it
  11. For decoration Add some grated cheese on top of it
