Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour.
  2. 3 tbsp cocoa powder.
  3. 140 gms unsalted butter.
  4. 8 tbsp powdered sugar.
  5. Pinch salt.
  6. 1/4 tesp instant coffee.
  7. 1/2 tesp water to dissolve the coffee.
  8. 2 tbsp egg white.
  9. Chocolate chip to garnish.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat butter and sugar till creamy.
  3. Lightly beat the egg white.
  4. Add the beaten egg and diluted coffee to the butter mixture.
  5. Beat until well combined.
  6. Fold in the sifted all purpose flour,salt and cocoa powder.
  7. Mix well transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzel.
  8. Pipe on lined tray and garnish with chocolate chips.
  9. Bake at 170℃ for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove cool completely before serving.
