Ingredients: 200 gm dark chocolate; 150 ml fresh cream; 1 tsp cocoa powder; 1 tsp castor sugar; 2 tsp chocolate chips; 5 nos oreo chocolate cookies

Pour the cream in a pan and bring it to boil.

Add 1 tsp cocoa powder and 1 tsp castor sugar in it. Keep this chocolate mousse aside to cool down.

Blend Oreo cookies in powder form and put 1/4 in each shot glass. Let it freeze for about 15 min.

Add about 2 tsp of chocolate mousse in each shot glass and again keep it in the refrigerator to cool down.

Till the time prepare chocolate ganache the top most layer of the chocolate shots. Roughly chop dark chocolate and put in a bowl. Heat the cream in a pan but don't let it boil.

Pour that cream on the chopped chocolate. The heat of the cream will melt the chocolate. Gently mix it with a spoon to make a fine chocolate paste without any lumps.

Pour this ganache on the prepared shots. And sprinkle some choco chips and cocoa powder over it.

Freeze it for half an hour. And serve it chilled.
